Interesting Facts
The Catania family always wanted to create a red wine to pair with fish dishes - this is how Gulfi Rossojbleo was born. A young, drinkable, fruity wine that should be served slightly chilled. This in no way detracts from the complexity and complexity of this wine, but on the contrary, speaks of the versatility of the Nero d'Avola variety. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel. Afterwards - aging in bottles for several months before release for sale.
