Interesting Facts
The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel vats, then ages for 24 months in barriques and tonneaus (volume 500 liters). Over time, the aromas become more mature - raisins, chocolate. On the palate, the wine becomes more rounded, but does not lose its amazing freshness.
