This red wine is made according to old traditions; its uniqueness lies in the combination of the strength of the Nero d'Avola variety, which gives structure and acidity (formerly called Calabrese), and the sweetness and fruitiness of Frappato, a variety grown mainly in the Ragusa region. After fermentation, the wine is aged in bottle for 2 months.
