Perfectly combined with traditional Italian cuisine. Ossobuco beef stew, risotto formaggio, aged cheeses and pizza with sun-dried tomatoes and ham.
Interesting Facts
Today, the Gulfi estate owns 70 hectares of vineyards in three regions of Sicily - near Chiaromonte, near Pachino and Noto, as well as on Etna - and produces 13 types of wines, including four "crus" from Pachino (San Lorenzo, Maccari, Baroni and Bufaleffi ). Gulfi NeroSanlore is aged in oak barrels for at least 24 months and has a shelf life of 12-15 years.
