Interesting Facts
San Michele is made from Garganega grapes grown in the Monte Fiorentine vineyards of the Soave Classico region. The harvest is harvested at the end of September when the berries reach optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 °C for 8-12 days.
