Interesting Facts
The wine is produced 100% from the Garganega variety. This is a late-ripening variety and is harvested in October. The berry has a thick skin, which, coupled with an elongated, loose cluster, allows Garganega to withstand autumn fogs (high humidity) coming from the north of the Po Valley. After harvesting, a short maceration is carried out (for several hours), after which fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers. After fermentation is complete, the wine is aged for several months on the lees in the same containers.
