Interesting Facts
The grapes for this delicious wine are harvested exclusively by hand. After pressing, the wort is subjected to pre-fermentation cold maceration, which achieves optimal extraction of aromatic and flavor compounds. For aging, which lasts from 18 to 24 months, both old and new oak are used.
