The grapes for Shiraz Catapult 2018 were harvested over two and a half weeks from mid-March to early April. After spending about 9 months in oak, the wine displays the silky, textured tannins, vibrant aromas and juicy fruits that are so characteristic of Shiraz from the McLaren Valley.
