Interesting Facts
The collected grapes of the Surez variety after crushing are placed in fermentation vats. For better extraction of tannins and enhancement of taste, the wort is pumped twice a day. After the end of fermentation, the wine is passed through the press, and then the apple-milk fermentation in the tanks passes. For aging, the wine shimmers into barrels of French oak for 5-10 months.
