Interesting Facts
The grapes for this wine come from their 2 organic vineyards, thereby the winemaker controls the entire process. Amitxers and Pardelasses are located at 422 and 335m above sea level. Berries from both sites are fermented in steel tanks with a volume of 1000 l, with constant manual pizhazh. Excerpt takes place in French oak barrels with a volume of 500 liters for 12 months. After this exposure, the wine spends at least 6 months in a bottle before release.
