Interesting Facts
The vineyard is located on a unique terroir, with the soil being a layer of clay and sand covering a well-drained ancient river bed. The grapes are hand-picked from 80-year-old vines at optimum ripeness. All three varieties undergo spontaneous co-fermentation with natural yeasts in steel. The wine is not filtered before bottling.
