Taste:
Rich and mineral in the mouth with well-balanced alcohol. Smooth and silky tannins with spicy berry aftertaste.
Aroma:
Fresh and perfumed nose, refined in the mouth with tones of fresh forest berries as black as red. Balsamic aromatics appear a little later, notes of cocoa, light spices and wild forest herbs.
Gastronomy:
The wine will make an excellent pair of dishes of beef, Spanish chorizo, various tapas and jamon.

Solluna is the" second " wine of the Finca el Puig site, collected from 25-30-year-old vineyards, the wine has less extraction, less density in the mouth, it is more understandable and pliable, not heavy enough by the standards of the Priory
