Interesting Facts
The grapes for wine are harvested in the western part of the Bekaa Valley, from sandy-limestone soils, under which there is a thick layer of clay. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level, the vines are more than 20 years old. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand. Fermentation and subsequent aging of the wine takes place in concrete vats.
