Interesting Facts
The grapes are hand-picked from various plots cultivated according to biodynamic practices. The grapes are pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery. Half of the must is fermented in concrete vats, the other half in oak vats, each holding 50 hectolitres. Bottling is done without filtration or the addition of sulfites.
