Interesting Facts
The wine is made from Syrah grapes (85%) grown in vineyards on the Setúbal Peninsula. After careful selection in the vineyard, the grapes are immediately transported to the winery, where they are cooled and gently pressed. The resulting must is fermented at low temperatures (10-12°C), ensuring slow fermentation and preserving the primary aromas of the grape. The wine is made from Syrah grapes (85%) grown in vineyards on the Setúbal Peninsula.
