Interesting Facts
The wine is made from the Saperavi grape variety. The berries are grown in the estate's vineyards in sunny Kakheti. The harvest occurs only when the berries reach optimal ripeness, and vinification takes place in kvevri, buried in the ground, under strict temperature control.
