Interesting Facts
The Merlot grapes are harvested only when they have reached optimum ripeness. Cold maceration is carried out two days before fermentation to ensure maximum extraction of colour and aroma. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24°C and lasts a week. The wine is aged for four months in French oak barrels.
