Interesting Facts

The wine is made from Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes, the vines of which are on average 28 years old. The grapes are hand-harvested and transported in small crates. Separate vinification takes place in conical stainless steel tanks with a double-walled temperature control system. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new barrels (1/3) and stainless steel tanks (2/3). The wine is aged in French oak barrels of medium or medium-long toast, 30% of which are new, for 16-18 months.
