Interesting Facts
Archineri Etna Bianco is made from Carricante grapes grown on vines that survived the phylloxera epidemic in Milò, in Contrada Caselle, at an altitude of 850 meters above sea level, on deep, sandy soils. The unique soil and climate conditions, along with the proximity to the Valle del Bove and the age of some vines (up to 150 years), allow the Carricante grape to reach its full potential. After gentle pressing and vinification in steel, the wine is aged in steel tanks for six months and in bottle for six months before release.
