Interesting Facts
The grapes are harvested at an altitude of 900 meters above sea level from old, 50-year-old vines. Fermentation lasts 7 days and takes place in stainless steel tanks. Aging for six months also takes place in steel. Plus, the wine spends additional time in concrete and in a bottle before bottling (12 months). In total, about 3,000 bottles are produced per year.
