Benanti, Etna Bianco DOC is a sophisticated white wine made from Carricante grapes collected from the eastern slope of the Milo volcano and from the Santa Maria di Licodia site. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 700-950 meters above sea level. Hand picked, gentle gentle pressing. Fermentation under temperature control in steel vats for 15 days. Further aging takes place in stainless steel.
