Interesting Facts
The exceptional terroir of the small family estate of Château Moulin and the expertise of its owner and winemaker, Frédéric Bousquet, perfectly reveal the full potential of the Vermentino grape. The wine is named after one of the seven terroirs located on the estate. The middle terrace, extending 20 meters above the Orbieu River, is composed of layers of pebbles with clay or silt. After harvest, the grapes undergo a rigorous selection process at the winery. After a short maceration, the must is fermented at a temperature no higher than 16 degrees Celsius. The wine is aged in steel.
