This magnificent sparkling wine is produced using the "pet-nat" technology. After pressing, the must undergoes spontaneous fermentation on the pulp in steel for 5 days, after which the wine is fermented already in the bottle. An additional 10 months the wine is aged on yeast sediment in a bottle in the cellar of the economy.
