Interesting Facts
The grapes used for production are Merlot, grown in the company's vineyards in the Central Valley of Chile. The harvest is collected when the berries reach optimal ripeness. After harvesting, the berries undergo careful selection and are gently pressed. Fermentation with selected yeast takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by malolactic fermentation.
