Interesting Facts
Chile, unlike many other wine regions, remains free of the destructive phylloxera. This allows the vines to grow on their own roots, resulting in wines that uniquely express the terroir and grape variety. The grapes are hand-picked from 80-year-old vines at optimum ripeness. All three varieties undergo spontaneous co-fermentation with natural yeasts in steel. The wine is not filtered before bottling.
