Interesting Facts
Boekenhoutskloof Semillon wine is made from grapes from one of the oldest vineyards in South Africa, planted on alluvial soils in 1902. A small part of the grapes come from two other sites with low yields, 1936 and 1942 planting. The deep root system of these old vineyards allows you to get wine with incredible life potential. Fermentation takes place in classic French barriques and in concrete vats.
