The wine is made from Sauvignon and Semillon grapes. The average age of the vines is 25 years. The harvest is collected exclusively by hand, Semillon is collected at the end of September, Sauvignon - in the first half of September. The berries are sent to the winery, where they undergo double sorting. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels, which are renewed annually by 40-60%. Aging lasts 10-15 months. The potential for storing wine is up to 25 years.
