Interesting Facts
This wine is a blend of three varieties harvested in different regions of Chile between January and March. The first fermentation takes place in steel at 16-17 degrees Celsius. The second fermentation also takes place in steel (Charmat method). Strawberry pulp is added to the wine as a dosage.
