Interesting Facts
The grapes for this wine are collected exclusively by hand from old vines (up to 90 years old). Fermentation takes place on natural yeast. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 7 months in 500-liter barrels and old foudres. Before bottling, the wine is not clarified or filtered.
