Interesting Facts
Only 8000 bottles of Colette Vatua Classic are produced each year. The wine is made according to the traditional, champagne method, when after fermentation yeast, sugar are added to the wine and corked. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, the released carbon dioxide dissolves in the wine. After fermentation, the wine is left in the bottle for at least 2 more years, during which the precipitated yeast saturates the wine with additional aromas, turning ordinary sparkling wine into an exquisite and complex drink
