Interesting Facts
The grapes are hand-picked from the vineyards of the Pessac-Léognan region, and then carefully selected. The selected fruits are pressed, after which the juice is fermented in oak barrels, 30% new. The wine is aged for 18 months in oak barrels with regular batonnage. Before bottling, the wine is lightly filtered.
