Interesting Facts
The Earth Keepers project is a tribute to the men and women who have carefully tended the vineyards passed down from their ancestors over several generations, thereby preserving the region’s winemaking traditions that are over 2,500 years old. The wines in the line are produced in lighter bottles with less glass, paper capsules (excluding plastic and metal), and the boxes for transporting the wines are made from 100% recycled cardboard. The harvest takes place at the moment of optimal ripeness of the berries. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks under strict temperature control. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 6 months.
