Interesting Facts

Panic Button is translated as “alarm button”, on the cap of the wine it says “turn in case of emergency”, which literally translates as “turn the screw in case of emergency”. The wine consists of 70% Monastrel and 30% Merlot. Grapes are harvested from plots with 40% limestone, 25% sand and 35% clay. The age of the vines varies from 20 to 25 years. The assembly of grapes from different parts of the Yecla region (own and rented), with an average height above sea level of 650-780m, manual picking. Fermentation under temperature control in steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in steel. Excerpt in bottles for at least 3 months. Winemaker - Araceli Gonzales.
