Interesting Facts
The wine is made from Monastrell grapes, which are grown in the company's vineyards in the Jumilla region. The harvest is harvested from old vines when the berries reach optimal ripeness. The must undergoes traditional vinification with temperature-controlled fermentation in steel vats.
