Interesting Facts
Barahonda Organic is an organically certified wine made from 60% Monastrell and 40% Merlot. The grapes are harvested from areas with soils of 70% limestone, 15% sand and 15% clay. Assembly of grapes from the own vineyards of the Yecla region, with an average altitude of 700 m above sea level, hand-picked. Age of Monastrell vines - 35 years, Merlot - 20. Aging in bottles for at least 6 months
