On the palate, the wine is rich and full-bodied, with pronounced notes of red currant, raspberry jam, violet and mocha.

Interesting Facts
This rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir from Les Riceys, with vines planted in 1974. About a fifth of the grapes are pressed using feet. Semi-carbonic maceration lasts about 4-5 days with daily pumping of the wort. Fermentation takes place in both steel and oak (75/25), after which the wine is aged in bottle for 2 years.
