Interesting Facts
The wine is produced using seven varieties permitted in Champagne, sourced from biodynamic vineyards located in three communes: Vrigny, Chamery, and Coulomme-Le-Montagne. The average age of the vines is 30 years. Primary fermentation and aging take place in 1,000-liter egg-shaped sandstone vats. Aging on the lees lasts 29 months.
