Interesting Facts
Wine Vulcaia Sauvignon became the first wine of the estate. It was released in 1991 and was immediately enthusiastically received by critics. In the production of wine, only hand-picked grapes are used. After destemming there is a short maceration. The wine is fermented in stainless steel containers at low temperatures, and malolactic fermentation is carried out. The Vulcaia wine label is decorated with a drawing by the Italian architect Sebastiano Serlio (1475-1554) - “La Scena Tragica” (1545). This is one of the three types of theatrical scenery he developed, the stage for the tragedy is “a city square with public buildings in a simple style.”
