Interesting Facts
Baga is a Portuguese grape variety perfectly adapted to the soils and climate of the Bairrada region. To better express the character of the local terroir, the grapes for Viña Pan are harvested from one vineyard in Viña da Panasqueira, located on a small southern slope. The vines were planted in 1980, and the first wine was released 15 years later. The wine is aged for 12 months in new and old oak barrels, and is not filtered before bottling.
