Interesting Facts
The grapes for this wine are sourced from the same plots that later produce the estate's finest red Baga wines. Harvesting takes place in early August, early in the morning, preserving the grapes' freshness and maximum acidity. Fermentation takes place for one month in stainless steel tanks. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, where this cuvée spends three to nine months on its lees before disgorging.
