Interesting Facts
This magnificent wine is produced in the heart of the Rueda region from the Verdejo variety. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 14-16 degrees, which allows the best characteristics of the variety to be revealed. After that, the wine is left in contact with a fine yeast lees to enhance the structure and make the taste more full-bodied and rounded. The final aging takes place in French oak barrels for 4.5 months.
