This magnificent wine is produced in the heart of the Rueda region from two local varieties - Verdejo and Viura. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 14-16 degrees, which allows you to reveal the best characteristics of each of the varieties. After that, the wine is left in contact with a fine yeast lees to enhance the structure and make the taste more full-bodied and rounded.
