Interesting Facts
The magnificent Tsinandali wine is named after a village located 100 km from Tbilisi, in the fertile Alazani Valley. It was here that Alexander Chavchavadze, a prominent figure of his time, established his family estate in the early 19th century. His name is associated not only with the development of winemaking in the region but also with his significant contribution to the country's cultural life. The harvest is carried out only when the berries reach optimal ripeness. At the winery, the fruit undergoes gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in qvevri under strict temperature control.
