Interesting Facts
The wine was made from the Rkatsiteli grape variety, harvested from 40-year-old vines grown in the Sevastopol wine-growing zone, in the Kacha River valley. Thirty percent of the grapes were vinified without destemming. Vinification was carried out using the red winemaking method, with fermentation on the skins. Maceration in contact with the skins lasted at least 30 days.
