The Kings of Prohibition line takes us back to the days of Prohibition in the US, which led to the infamous "Kings of Prohibition" - gangsters and bootleggers such as Al Capone, Lucky Luciano and the legendary Bugsy. Fermentation of wine begins in large concrete vats, and ends in new oak barrels. Exposure also takes place in oak (part of the whiskey barrels) for 6-9 months
