This Sauvignon Blanc is one of the finest examples of New Zealand winemaking, combining classic characteristics with amazing strength and depth. Fermentation takes place exclusively on natural yeast in stainless steel. A long period of aging on fine lees helps the wine acquire rich flavor and full structure.
