Allan Scott takes great care and respect for the environment, including the diverse fauna of the Marlborough region. Kotuku wine takes its name from the egret native to the region. Fresh, bright, fruity - this sauvignon combines everything we love about New Zealand white wines. The grapes are harvested by machine and immediately pressed. This is followed by fermentation with specially selected yeast cultures. The wine undergoes a short aging in stainless steel before bottling.
