The incredible team at Allan Scott has brought us another fantastic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are harvested by machine and immediately pressed in the cool of the night. Then the juice is fermented to dryness at low temperatures using specially selected yeast, after which the wine undergoes a short aging in stainless steel vats.
