Interesting Facts
The vineyards are located in Itatá, 400 km south of Santiago. Here, centuries-old bush vines grow on ancient granite soils, at an altitude of 25 meters above sea level. The vineyards are cultivated using organic practices, both manually and with horses. Fermentation of the wine takes place using wild yeast in concrete tanks without temperature control. Aging in concrete takes 12 months.
