Interesting Facts
Malbec grapes are hand-picked from several of the estate's vineyards in Mendoza. Fermentation lasts 10 days at temperatures ranging from 22 to 27 degrees Celsius. Forty percent of the wine is aged in new American oak barrels for four months.
